Delivery Charges and Options

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days.

Standard delivery is £3.95 or free when you spend £45 or more (UK Mainland only).

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9am and 1pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only (England, Scotland, and Wales). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally at this time. If you're based outside mainland UK, feel free to contact us — we'll do our best to help.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged, or something’s not right, get in touch within 14 days (and include photos where possible) so we can make it right.

Pickup at Fleetwood Studios

Collect your order from our store at Fleetwood Studios, 88 Deanway.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 4pm
(Excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting. If you need to arrange an alternative pickup time, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
