Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

As a guide, standard UK Mainland delivery is typically £3.95.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands, the Isles of Scilly, or international destinations at this time.

If you're located outside our standard delivery area, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged, or something’s not right, get in touch within 14 days (and include photos where possible) so we can make it right.

Collect your order from our store at Fleetwood Studios, 88 Deanway.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
