For double-wick glass vessels: Each candle is lovingly handcrafted, giving it an artisanal finish and a burn that is uniquely its own.

Before lighting for the first time, take a moment to read the safety label on the glass and place your candle on a safe, level surface.

Light both wicks and allow the fragrance to gently unfold. For best results, let the wax melt and pool close to the edges of the glass — this usually takes around 3–4 hours.

You may notice some wax remaining around the edge of the glass as your candle burns — this is completely normal. Allowing your candle to burn for a sufficient period each time will help the wax gradually melt away, minimising any residue by the end of its life.

To preserve the fragrance and prevent overheating, avoid burning for longer than 4 hours at a time.

After each use, ensure both wicks are upright and evenly spaced. Before your next burn, trim them to approximately 6mm, taking care not to cut too short, and remove any debris.

To enjoy your candle safely, always read the safety label and follow the instructions provided on your candle glass before lighting.
